I wanted to inform you that unfortunately it has become necessary for me to undergo hip replacement surgery on January 20th, 2026.  

During my recovery, I have arranged to have two chiropractors available here at the office,  Dr. Jay Van Seters and Dr. Perry Ricci.  

Both have over 35 years of service individually in helping patients as Chiropractors.

I am confident in their abilities to offer you quality care.  

The expected time I will be out of the office will be 5 weeks. 

The 4 weeks, beginning on Monday, January 19th -Friday, February 13th, office hours will remain the same, Monday thru Friday.

However, we will be closed on Saturdays during this time period.

Week 5 Beginning Monday, February 16th – Saturday. February the 21st, the office will be closed. 

I am expected to return to work on Monday February 23rd.  

It is my intention to make this seamless as transition as possible in maintaining your regular care schedule.

It’s That Time of Year Again, a New Year, and Many Things to Do!

The office needs yearly updates again on our registration form. 

We are required each year to update and get recent signatures.  

 

Even though it seems the same, many times we don’t have all correct addresses, employer, home, phone numbers 

& email and new insurance information for the New Year.    (we can make sure if your insurance will work for you). 

 

We know it’s the last thing you’d like to do in the office.  If you like, the forms are available on our website, https://www.salmondchiropractic.net/print-patient-forms. 

You can download it, print it and bring it to the office.  Please fill in each line to make it easier for the office.

Monday: 9:00-12:30*3:00-6:00

Tuesday: 10:00-3:00

Wednesday: 9:00-12:30 *3:00-6:00 

Friday: 9:00-12:30 *3:00-6:00                               

Saturday: 9:00-11:30 –with exceptions above
